Inherent Potentially Dangerous Nature of the Product: You acknowledge that these products are inherently potentially dangerous to install and use. Use may involve risks such as, but not limited to, injury, property damage, or death. You understand that improper installation or misuse of the product can lead to hazardous conditions and potentially dangerous situations.

Void OEM Warranty: You acknowledge that installation of an EMOTOHOUS product will likely void any warranty offered by your OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). By installing this product, you accept your responsibility to research OEM warranties and waive the right to hold EMOTOHOUS responsible for affected OEM parts warranties and support.

Legal Compliance: You understand and accept that the installation and use of this product may render your vehicle illegal to operate in certain areas, jurisdictions, or under specific regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as any vehicle-specific requirements or regulations.

Waiver of Rights to Litigation: You hereby waive and release EMOTOHOUS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the installation, use, or operation of the product. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims based on negligence, product liability, breach of warranty, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the installation, use, and operation of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, risks arising from the nature of the product, its installation, any alterations made to the vehicle, and the potential illegality of operating the vehicle in certain conditions.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EMOTOHOUS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to your installation, use, or operation of the product.

Severability: If any provision of this release of liability statement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.
